WHAT IT IS
A spreadsheet for pricing construction work item by item, with quantities, rates and automatic totals.

HOW TO USE (5 STEPS)
1. Open boq-template.xlsx
2. Replace the sample items with your own measured items
3. Enter quantity and rate for each item
4. Check that the Amount column and TOTAL update
5. Print or share the finished bill with your client
