HOW TO USE (5 STEPS)
1. List what matters in the Criteria column, for example price, quality and delivery.
2. Enter each supplier's score out of 10 for every criterion.
3. Read the totals, calculated by formula at the bottom of each supplier column.
4. Read the ranking row to see which supplier scores highest.
5. Use the notes row to record delivery times or conditions before deciding.
