WHAT IT IS

HOW TO USE (5 STEPS)
1. Enter each month's leads, calls made, quotes sent and deals won.
2. Read the conversion columns, calculated as each step divided by the previous step.
3. Find the step with the biggest drop and focus your improvement there.
4. Add a new row for each month and copy the formulas down.
5. Compare months to see whether your follow-up is improving.
