An Excel tally sheet for survey answers with counts, percentages and an automatic chart. For freelancers who run client or audience surveys and need clear results in a spreadsheet.

WHAT IT IS
Instructions sheet, Survey Results sheet with counts, totals, percentages and a bar chart, marked EXAMPLE data.

HOW TO USE (5 STEPS)
1. Open the Survey Results sheet and replace the EXAMPLE rows with your own survey.
2. Enter the count for each answer option in the Count column.
3. Check the Share column, which calculates each option's percentage automatically.
4. Read the chart, which updates from your counts.
5. Add more rows for extra questions and copy the formulas down.

REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.
