HOW TO USE (5 STEPS)
1. Pick the note that fits: finished project, referral or testimonial.
2. Replace the brackets with names and project detail.
3. Send it the same day the project ends or the referral arrives.
4. Add one personal line about the work itself.
5. Keep the note short; a thank-you should not become a sales pitch.
