The Ramadan work schedule planner is a free PDF and Excel pack for adjusted freelance hours and deadlines during Ramadan with work blocks and deadline buffers. Freelance deadlines do not pause for Ramadan, but a freelancer's hours and energy genuinely change, and a plan that pretends otherwise fails in the second week. The planner is built for that reality: shorter, deliberate work blocks, deadlines with buffer days, and client conversations held before the month starts rather than during it.
How to use it. Read the planning principles in the pack first, then tell your clients your Ramadan hours in advance, in writing, so deadlines stay realistic and nobody is surprised by a slower reply. Fill in your daily work blocks around your own routine, and add buffer days to deadlines, because a deadline with no buffer is a deadline that breaks on the first difficult day. The planner deliberately does not set religious timings for you; fill in your own local prayer and fasting times, since those vary by place. Protect rest and family time in the plan itself, not as an afterthought, because a plan that protects only work will be abandoned.
Worked example. A writer has two client articles due in the second week of Ramadan. Before the month starts, she tells both clients in writing that her working hours will shift and that deliveries will come a day later than usual, and both agree. She plans her work blocks for the hours she knows she works best, adds one buffer day to each deadline, and fills in her own local timings. When a family commitment takes one afternoon, the buffer absorbs it and both articles still arrive on the agreed days. Without the advance message and the buffers, that same afternoon would have meant two late deliveries and two difficult conversations.
The pack is free in full, with no checkout and no account. If a download fails or a file arrives damaged, email tariqshahzad88@gmail.com and the file will be re-sent, and if a product does not work as described it will be fixed or replaced within 7 days.
