The local market price list template is a free Excel workbook for a services price list in PKR with bracket example prices for freelancers who serve local clients. Local clients ask for prices differently from international ones: they want a clear list in rupees, for services they recognise, without a sales call first. The template gives you that list, with bracket example prices that you must replace with your own, because the examples are placeholders, not market rates, and sending them unchanged would quote someone else's prices for your work.
How to use it. Open the Data sheet in a spreadsheet app and replace the bracket prices with your own PKR prices, service by service, then adjust the services to match what you actually offer, removing anything you do not sell and adding anything you do. Share the list with local clients on request, and keep a separate list for international pricing, since the two markets price differently and one list for both will be wrong for at least one of them. Update your prices when your costs or demand change, because a price list that never moves slowly becomes a list of prices you no longer want to work for.
Worked example. A designer offers three services locally: a logo, a social media post set, and a business card. She opens the template, deletes the example services she does not offer, and replaces the bracket prices with her own, 15,000 PKR for a logo, 8,000 PKR for a post set, and 5,000 PKR for a business card. A local shop owner asks for her rates on WhatsApp, and instead of typing a fresh quote and wondering if she underpriced, she sends the finished list. The client picks the logo and the business card, and both sides already agree the price before any work starts, which is exactly what a price list is for.
The template is free in full, with no checkout and no account. If a download fails or a file arrives damaged, email tariqshahzad88@gmail.com and the file will be re-sent, and if a product does not work as described it will be fixed or replaced within 7 days.
