It gives you the same invoice in two formats, so you can pick the one that fits the job: the Word version for a clean printable invoice, and the Excel version when you want totals calculated for you. Both versions include a bank transfer line as well, so a client who prefers a bank payment is covered too.
How to use it. Open the Word or Excel version and fill in your business and client details first, then list each service with its quantity and rate. In the Excel version, check the calculated total before you send it; the file works the totals out for you, which removes the most common invoicing mistake, a total that does not match its line items. Add your JazzCash or Easypaisa number to the payment line, and send the invoice the day the work is delivered rather than at the end of the month, because an invoice sent late is very often an invoice paid late.
Worked example. A freelancer finishes a logo project and opens the Excel version. She fills in her business details and the client's details, then lists two lines: logo design at 20,000 PKR and two revision rounds at 5,000 PKR. The sheet totals 25,000 PKR automatically. She adds her JazzCash number to the payment line, saves the file, and sends it the same day with a short message stating the amount and the payment method. Because the payment details are on the invoice itself, the client can pay in one step instead of asking how to pay, which is exactly the friction that delays most freelance payments.
